Set Sample Menus
We create new recipes and menus everyday! Sometimes the dishes we offer are even inspired by our clients.
We have over 100 dishes in our Wooden Spoon LDN recipe book, so we cannot list them all on here.
See below for some of the dishes that we have offered our clients.
Starter: Wild rocket, sun-dried tomato and avocado salad topped with grilled king prawns with a side of honey and mustard sauce.
Main: Grilled chicken thighs marinated in a blend of herbs, celery, peppers, leak and spring onions. Served with coconut rice, steamed baby carrots and broccoli, drizzled with a white pumpkin seed sauce.
Dessert: Sweet manuka honey cheesecake with mixed berries
Starter: Smooth and flavourful vegetable soup (carrots, potatoes, celery & leak) served with warm crusty bread rolls.
Main: Grilled sirloin steak with chimichurri sauce served with a smooth sweet potato mash, alongside some stir- fried seasonal vegetables.
Dessert: Soft and crumbly key lime tart
Starter: Assortment of Spring rolls and samosas (vegetable, chicken, prawn and beef) served with homemade dipping sauces
Main: Slow cooked pork shoulder on a bed of sautéed onions and steamed spinach, served with roasted baby potatoes & carrots with a garlic and herb dressing.
Dessert: Glass of fruit salad topped with crème fresh
Starter: Assortment of Thai fish cakes, calamari & salt & pepper king prawns with a side of homemade sweet chilli sauce.
Main: Tropical vegetable stir-fry, with a side of mixed herb white rice and ripe fried plantain.
Desserts: Freshly baked flat apple and vanilla tart served with crème fresh
